- Returns
You may return items purchased from iCucinaKitchen.com within 45 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement under warranty.
Returns outside of the 45 days of purchase will be honored under the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty with a replacement. This is subject to inventory availability or product. If inventory is not available, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided. Please review our Warranty policy on our website for further information.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*Clearance, Refurbished, and Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you as to whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Late or missing refunds
To confirm if you have received your refund, first check your bank account or your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
