
Nuts and Oats Breakfast Smoothie-How to make the easy summer meals(breakfast)
Ingredients:
1. 720 ml (3 cups) unsweetened rice milk [or milk of choice]
2. 360 g (3 medium) banana, peeled, halved
3. 35 g (¼ cup) peanuts, roasted unsalted [or 3 tablespoons peanut butter]
4. 45 g (3 ) medjool dates [or 2 tablespoons honey, optional], pitted
5. 20 g (3 Tablespoons) rolled oats
6. 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the container and secure the lid.
2. (Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet, press the Main Power Button located on the back of the Motor Base before first use.) Please turn the adjustable speed knob to PROG PULSE position first, Preset and Pulse buttons will illuminate, and then press the preset function button-Smoothie. Automatic shut off once the program is complete.
3. Enjoy or share it.
